Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Roovibe.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our refund and exchange policy.
Exchange
When you purchase any of our products you're able request for an exchange from 7 working days' of when the item has been delivered, you shall examine the goods upon delivered for any deficiencies and/or damages.
If any product is found to be missing, incorrect, defective or damaged inside after receiving the order, claims for exchange (if any) must be lodged to our Customer Service (Exchange Unit) at sales@roovibe.com within the next 7 working days from the date of delivery/collection; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your request and claims.
Exchange only extends to "Menstrual Pain Relief Belt", the accessories that is together in the starter kit does not have replacement/exchange warranty.
In situation where our product is damage by water spill/submerged/stained, exchanges is not allowed.
(Sometimes in rare cases item might be manufactured reversed, but it will not affect the functionality of the device. Hence there's no exchange for it as it does not impact the performance of the product.)
Returns
For Returns due to "I don't like it anymore" or "it doesn't work" or "It is not as hot" situation, we recommend reading our FAQ page before purchasing as these reasons are not accepted by Roovibe in term to return the product.
All returns are subjected to Roovibe management approval. Roovibe reserves the right to reject any requests according to returned products' or unforeseen conditions. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, damages, charges or expenses as a results
All return parcel shipping cost will not be borne by Roovibe, additionally the customer seeking for exchange are responsible for the safety of the delivery when returning.
All approved returns must reach us within 7 days after you have received the approval for return from us via email.
ALL GOODS RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
For return & exchange, upon receiving of Return Parcel, we'll confirm the defects and once approved of exchange we'll contact you via email for the collection at our office indicated via email of confirmation or a paid delivery(S$4) to your desired location.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process or no found defects, the original product will be returned to you. We'll not proceed with the exchange for these following reasons:
- Obtained from a source other than https://roovibe.com
- Damaged by abused or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.\
- Unable to find same cause from the reason for returns of item.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
q: Can I cancel my order that just made?
a: Unfortunately all the sales are final and we are unable to cancel the orders.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Refund & Exchange Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
